The wifi connection is excellent in the room. The staff is very reponsive to the guets needs.

Only have one room with 2 single beds, the rest is 1 double beds. The hotel should improve my having some more room with 2 single beds.

The value for money at this hotel is great and the room was comfortable for a few nights. The location was strategic and convenient for easy travel to other places. The staff were nice and kind.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety or options.

I asked for a room not facing the street and got one without windows! Our wake-up call was half an hour to early - would have been worse the other way round! No curtains or "walls" around the shower which made the bathroom floor terribly slippery after a shower..

Location is good, not far from KL Sentral. The price is okay, not too high. But if you compare it with My Hotel @ Sentral or @ KL Sentral .. they are better both in term of service and room.

Night staff is not polite, though not rude. Also not that helpful. My room doesn't have remote control for air-con and TV. When asked for luggage keeping for a day, no promise. (I once sent an email to confirm this, and they said yes) Anyway the morning shift staff helped me to solve that. It's just about the service attitude.

The room is clean. My family enjoyed and very comfort stayed in the hotel. The location is quite near from KL Sentral so we can travel easier.

No window in room

A cheap hotel that is very close to KL Sentral and KL Sentral monorail station. It was good for us to have this hotel for two nights. The room and its toilet were relatively small, but clean. Staff was slow, but fulfilled all our requests. There are many shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. Wifi worked well.

No windows in the room. Air conditioning was so noisy that we had to turn it off during the night. The rooms are not well isolated against noise and heat.

Very nice, new hotel. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good shower in the large bathroom. Very good location for proximity to KL Sentral. Great for quick stopover between flights or other travel arrangements.

Room lacked window which, despite aircon, made the room quite warm.

i really cant stand with the smell of perfume...i tried to searching the source of that smell to remove it. there is no window while the smell stuck in the room...my room is near to the lift and it is noisy. i still can hear people outside walking. there also unnecessary RM50 deposit although the bill is settled.
